Make the macros window bound

Give the option to use a macro bound to a specific window. The way it is now, the user has to remember to activate a specific window to run the a macro, and that specific window has to be in the same position as when the macro was recorded. That's messy.

I would prefer to be given the option to select a window, and then record the macro, so when the macro is executed next time, it will make sure that the program is running or the window is open before doing any clicks and keypresses.
